The subject of the sale is an established engineering company focused on precise engineering production in the form of piece and small series production. The company also manufactures development components, injection molds and other prototype devices. The company also manufactures precision inspection jigs, clamping jigs for 3D measurements, plastic and metal parts. Production is provided delivered “turnkey” – from the processing of conceptual designs, construction, processing of 2D and 3D production documentation, production, measurement and validation, processing of repeatability and capability.
Thanks to the expansion of its own design capacities, it offers customers the production of prototype molds and tools, including the supply of prototype parts, at very interesting dates.
