The subject of the sale is a 100% share in a company focused on the production of specific hygiene and menstrual needs for women. This is a company that has only been operating for the second year, but during that time it developed its own original product, secured its production and successfully sells it under its own trademark-protected brand in the Czech Republic and Europe. The product brand is already well-known in its target group and awareness of it is growing rapidly.
The core of the company’s business is the production and sale of only about 10 types of menstrual supplies for women. These products were developed in 2021 with the specific needs of the target group in mind – the owners believe that they are of better quality than products from competitors. Due to the low number of product types, the company is able to better plan production and requires relatively small storage space. The owners see great potential in launching language mutations for other EU countries, the B2B launch is planned for autumn 2022.
