Basic information

The subject of the sale is a company focused on service and modernization of cranes. The company has been in operation since 1991 and provides a wide range of services in the field of cranes, such as: service, assessment, modernization, remote control installation, crane rentals, staff training, and others.

Company serves its services for clients throughout the Czech republic, but also in Poland and Slovakia. Among its regular clients, there are several large construction companies, which have a strong relationship with the company for their past activities.

There are 7 employees involved in the company’s operations, 2 of which are focused on electrical work, 4 are locksmith’s and 1 is in charge of administration. All employees hold all the licenses and permits required to perform the work and plan to remain in the company even after the transfer to the new owner. Certain administrative matters and, in particular, management of the company, are also attended by the owners of the company.

Company’s assets are property (596 m2) with a large plot of land with a total area of ​​4 792 m2. The whole plot is fenced, reinforced and there is a tower crane that is available for any necessary manipulation. In addition to two workshops and office space, the building also includes 2 flats and a space that the company rents and is currently being used as a restaurant.

The property also includes 4 vans and 4 passenger cars, a forklift and all workshop and office equipment.

The company has never had and has no debts at all, it is fully functional and able to continue its operations even after it has been acquired by the new owner. Present owners are also willing to remain in the business for some time under certain conditions and to transfer all the know-how to the new owner.
