These services are provided to the buyer during negotiations, when the buyer is in discussions about a business we represent in a sale.

Detailed information (after NDA signing)

Upon signing the NDA we share detailed information documentation on the specific opportunity

Support in information exchange

We coordinate the secure exchange of information and documents between the buyer and seller

Process management

We coordinate the entire transaction process and ensure the timeline is respected

Support in negotiations

We represent you in negotiating terms and help you achieve the best possible outcome

Due diligence support

We ensure the exchange of materials and cooperation throughout the buyer's due diligence process

Transaction documentation

We arrange the preparation of agreements, escrow services, and all legal support at closing

Buyers pay no fee when acquiring one of our listed opportunities

If you select a business from our database, our contract is with the seller — so you pay no commission.

If you intend to acquire a business outside our database, we can assist across all phases of the process — from target sourcing to full support during execution. We work proactively with financial and strategic investors alike. This service is charged on the buyer's side.

If you have a clear idea of what you are looking for, you can submit an acquisition inquiry with us.

  • We will list your inquiry anonymously on our portal and try to match it through our network of partners
  • This may give you access to businesses not currently in our database that we would not otherwise know about
  • If a suitable match is found and the acquisition completes, our fee is a small percentage of the total purchase price
