Michal Volník – advisor, executive manager and founder of InBase

Michal is one of the two founders and partners of the InBase project and also its key person. Like most of the team, he also has experience in the world of finance. He obtained the degree of engineer at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University in Brno and during his studies he began to gain experience from the world of business economics and consulting, but also, for example, in auditing within the Big Four. After graduating, he worked as the head of the economic department in a small consulting company and worked on many projects in the field of corporate finance and company valuation.

Since 2015, when he founded the company InBase, he has devoted himself exclusively to transaction consulting and mediation of company sales. During this activity, he gained rich experience from the world of M&A and has completed dozens of transactions. He also had the opportunity to communicate with hundreds of entrepreneurs and investors, and looked at many different companies, which gives him a very good overview of the company market, thanks to which he can provide clients with top advice.

At present, in addition to transaction consulting, he also focuses on the development of InBase and its goal is, among other things, a closer connection with foreign markets, with the use of foreign partners.
