Tomáš Šuverík – advisor and managing director of InBase
Tomáš is one of the two executives and owners of InBase s.r.o. and one of the key people within the team.
Tomáš obtained an engineering degree at the Faculty of Economics and Administration, where he studied Finance. During and after his studies, he worked in the economic consulting business, internal audit and tax consulting. He also has experience from the company of the big four, where he worked in the financial audit department. He gained this experience from various areas of corporate finance in M&A consulting, in which he has been active for more than 5 years.
At InBase he focuses on the strategic development of the platform and the transaction consulting itself. He also runs a section for the sale of inactive companies and mediation of the sale of investment real estate. As part of transaction consulting, he specializes in M&A consulting in the segment of SMEs (small and medium-sized companies).
At InBase Tomáš has already successfully led dozens of projects, during which he worked as a consultant on the selling side. Thanks to this experience, he is able to provide comprehensive advice to clients on the sell-side and guide them through the sales process from the initial consultation, through the pricing of the share and identification of investors to the actual implementation and finalization of the sale.
