Tomáš Šuverík – advisor and executive of InBase
Tomáš is one of the two executives and owners of InBase s.r.o. and one of the key people within the team.
Tomáš received his engineering degree from the Faculty of Economics and Administration, where he studied Finance. During and after his studies, he worked in economic consulting business, internal audit and tax consulting. He also has experience from a Big Four company, where he worked in the financial audit department. He put this experience from various areas of corporate finance to good use in M&A consulting, in which he has been actively involved for more than 5 years.
At InBase, he is dedicated to the strategic development of the platform and transactional consulting itself. He also heads the section for the sale of inactive companies and mediation of the sale of investment properties. Within transactional consulting, he specializes in M&A consulting in the SME segment.
At InBase, Tomáš has already successfully led dozens of projects, in which he acted as a consultant on the sell-side. Thanks to this experience, he is able to provide comprehensive consultancy to sell-side clients and guide them through the sales process, from the initial consultation, through the valuation of the stake and identification of investors, to the actual implementation and finalization of the sale.
