The subject of sale is a company engaged in the sale of promotional clothing and gift items. The product range includes more than 10 popular brands of goods and includes both leisure and sportswear. Externally, the company also provides printing, embroidery and printed neck labels for the creation of private labels.

The company also benefits from long-term supplier-customer relations with the right to sell throughout Europe. Of course, the sale includes domains and websites, several trademarks, a database of thousands of customers, full-featured software covering all the company’s activities, including external compatibility and valuable know-how.

The company employs 24 employees (8 administration, 4 sales representatives, 12 warehouse / dispatchers). The owner himself takes care of the management of the company and after the sale of the shares there is a possibility of his active participation in the management of the company.
