The subject of the sale is a family transport company specializing in domestic transport. The company provides freight transport, goods transport and truck transport, all with its own fleet. The company has been on the market for 6 years (until 2017 as a self-employed) and during this time has secured its position on the market. The company also secured its position on the market by the fact that the owner is fully devoted to the company and takes care of it, which is reflected in the employees who also form the company.

Now the company is based in rented premises that are currently for sale. In case of interest, the investor can buy the company together with the premises, worth CZK 7.9 million. If he is not interested in the premises, he will have to find new premises for the company.

The Company’s tangible assets include, in particular, a large vehicle fleet. The fleet includes 13 trucks (24 tons), 13 lifts (24 tons), 2 cargo trucks and 1 passenger car. Almost all trucks do not have an emission class lower than Euro 5. The total price of the fleet is estimated at CZK 12.7 million. The sale also includes intangible assets of the company, which include long-term contracts with customers, websites, euroleases and concession deed.

The company currently employs 16 employees, including the positions of driver, dispatcher and administration. After the sale, the new owner will have to hire new employees as a driver and an administrative worker. The new owner should maintain conditions for employees to maintain and develop the company. Otherwise, the company is fully operational and can continue to function immediately after acquisition by a new owner.
