Ing. Michal Volník

Michal is one of the two founders and partners of the InBase.cz project and also its key person.

Like most of the team, he also has experience in the world of finance. He received his engineering degree from the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University in Brno and while still studying, he began to gain experience in the world of corporate economics and consulting, as well as, for example, in auditing within the Big Four. After graduating, he worked as the head of the economic department in a smaller consulting company and handled many projects in the field of corporate finance and company valuation.

Since 2015, when he founded InBase, he has been exclusively dedicated to transactional consulting and brokerage of company sales. During this activity, he gained extensive experience in the world of M&A and has completed dozens of transactions. He also had the opportunity to communicate with hundreds of entrepreneurs and investors, and looked into many different companies, which gives him a very good overview of the corporate market, thanks to which he can provide top-notch advice to clients.

Currently, in addition to transactional advice, he also focuses on the development of InBase and his goal is, among other things, closer connections with foreign markets, using foreign partners.
