As part of catering services (classic or boxed catering), the company offers various types of dishes from Czech, European and exotic cuisine, while being able to flexibly adapt to individual client requirements. The company serves events of any type, with the most common formats being gala dinners, weddings, banquets, coffee breaks, business meetings and conferences.

Another popular service of the company is the box diet. As part of the box diet service provided, the client also receives a simple user account with an overview of the menu and nutritional values. The service portfolio is complemented by the service of organizing a so-called “turnkey” event, within the framework of this service the company offers planning, coordination, decoration of the client’s event, rental of furniture, furnishings and lighting, supplemented of course by catering. The company’s facilities consist of two premises – food production and storage areas including administrative facilities. These premises are fully adapted to the needs of the company and are in accordance with hygiene requirements according to applicable standards. The company’s facilities are located in major urban agglomerations in the Czech Republic. The production facilities (kitchen) are modernly equipped, and the company uses the most modern intelligent food production technologies to produce all its dishes. The company holds all relevant licenses and certificates, including the HACCP certificate, and has high-quality references from completed orders.

The partners have been investing in marketing, brand strengthening and service improvement for a long time. The company’s modern website allows for full integration with an automated logistics system. The company has implemented an intelligent transport planning system using artificial intelligence, which optimizes order distribution, reduces costs and speeds up delivery. In addition, in recent years the company has also invested in regional expansion.

The company has a stable and professional team of employees. The company currently has approximately 17 employees. The company is currently owned by two partners, and the partners are currently actively involved in the company. However, the entire company team is able to function smoothly even without further participation of the owners in the management of the company. The owners are fully prepared to participate in the post-acquisition process and integration.

The development of the company’s economy can be described as positive and long-term growing despite the highly competitive environment. Since its establishment, the company has recorded continuous growth in sales, achieving growth in every year of its existence. The company’s EBITDA is at the level of approximately 2.7 million CZK, however, the company’s long-term profitability without regular profit reinvestments, which the owners have preferred in recent years, could be higher by approximately 30%.

The reason for the sale is the owners’ decision to move abroad and develop other business and personal activities outside the Czech Republic.
