The subject of sale is a unique project, aimed at the sale of special intelligent coatings, which are able to transform a smooth surface into an unlimited writable and easily erasable surface. The project has been operating for more than 5 years and has gained many customers during this time.

The company’s sales portfolio includes:

• describable range of coatings
• magnetic series of coatings
• projection coatings
• describable wallpapers
• other accessories

The production of all these coatings, wallpapers and other accessories takes place within the EU. The company guarantees the quality of the coatings with a 10-year warranty.

Tangible assets of the company include warehouse stocks and small assets. Intangible assets mainly include a professionally created custom-made e-shop, with an acquisition value of 1.2 million CZK, but also important client databases, active social networks and contracts with customers. Among other things, the company also cooperates with one of the largest online sellers in the Czech Republic.

The operational complexity of the project is very low – the warehouse, employees, accountants are all on an external basis and no own infrastructure is required for operation. When moving the warehouse to our own premises, it is possible to save costs – currently there are approximately 3-4 pallets of goods in stock. The company can be moved anywhere in the republic. 2 people take care of the operation and also the owner, who ensures various operational needs in the range of approx. 1-2 hours daily.

The reason for the sale of the company is that its owner currently does not have the opportunity to fully devote himself and develop its potential. It is possible to sell the entire company – share in s.r.o., as well as trademarks together with all know-how.

The company’s brand is protected by a trademark, it is established and well known in the circle of its target group. The company maintains high margins on products and achieves decent profitability thanks to low costs, so even higher numbers can be achieved as the business develops. This acquisition is suitable for smaller investment groups or for an individual investor.
