The subject of sale is a 100% share in a company focused on providing professional cleaning services. The company has been an established provider of comprehensive cleaning services for corporate clients across the Czech Republic for more than 20 years.

The company has agreed on mainly long-term cooperation with its clients, based on an individual approach, adherence to agreed deadlines and flexible planning in accordance with the client’s operations. Professional cleaning is managed according to the client’s requirements and schedule in a way that avoids restrictions within the space. The portfolio of standard cleaning services consists of regular cleaning, general cleaning and post-construction cleaning. Additional cleaning services include, among other things, window washing, floor and carpet cleaning, and supply of hygiene materials. Cleaning of outdoor areas includes maintenance of greenery, winter cleaning, and waste clearance and disposal. The company achieves a high standard of cleaning service thanks to its professional staff and work with the most modern cleaning technology.
