The company’s main product is an application for IT management in companies. However, the company has developed and distributes several other products designed to manage other business processes.

The great added value of the company are stable and satisfied customers, who have been cooperating with the company for many years. The company currently carries out approximately 600 – 700 invoices per year in various amounts; for a smaller part of customers, service purchases are provided contractually. Even without any further development, the company is able to generate revenue in the coming years by selling application updates to its existing customers.

The company’s customers are mainly small and medium-sized companies from various fields of activity, or state institutions. In most cases, these are long-term customers, operating on the basis of recurring payments. The company’s clients are located throughout the country, and the number of customers is from Prague, or from the Moravian-Silesian and South Moravian regions. More than 95% of customers are from the Czech Republic, expansion to neighboring countries is possible, it will depend on the preferences of the new owner.

The company currently employs 12 people, which includes a programming and separate sales department. The owners are currently involved in the strategic management of the company and projects. After the sale of the company, the owners are willing to stay in the company for a limited time, but the new owner will have to take over their role over time, or replace the existing owners with a manager / manager.

The sale of the company is especially suitable for strategic applicants from the IT field, who have their own development and sales team, and who may subsequently add the company’s products to their own portfolio.

The company is financially sound, not in debt and generates a stable cash flow, while in recent years it has achieved an above-average EBITDA margin of approximately 20% of sales.
