The subject of sale are two establishments in Vysočina, dealing with services in the field of high-quality Thai massages with the possibility of visiting a solar studio. Both studios are very well established, they have been on the market for more than 11 years and during this time they have built a very good name in their field and a steady clientele. The studios are operated under s.r.o., which also has other activities, so the object of sale would just be the business including both operations, or only one of them,
The company places great emphasis on the quality of its services, which is reflected in customer satisfaction. Clients can choose from more than 15 types of massages provided by certified Thai masseuses. All services take place in a pleasant environment with an oriental touch.
The company currently employs 14 employees. There are 2 receptionists at both branches and a total of 9 foreign masseuses. Everything is overseen by the manager who is in charge of both branches. The owner does not take part in the running of the business plant, he only performs control activities taking up about 1 hour a week.
Both branches of the company are in larger cities in the Vysočina region. They are located in a pleasant, lucrative and accessible location near the city center with the possibility of parking. The first branch is for rent in premises with a size of 606 m2 for 46,000 CZK per month. The second branch is privately owned in premises with a size of 200 m2, after the sale it will remain under lease with the current owner.
Branch 1 + Branch 2 + eshop:
The company overcame minor problems during the corona crisis, which was reflected in the reported profit from 2020 and 2021. Allocations in the amount of approx. 500,000 CZK, in which the costs of the entire company are budgeted, allocated to individual studios. After the sale, however, these costs will not be part of the business plant, so the real profit is 250,000 CZK higher every year/operator.
The company survived the corona crisis relatively successfully and in 2022 it should return to the economic results from the pre-crisis years. It is also necessary to add that almost 50% of sales and profit are realized at the end of the year, in November and December, due to increased sales of vouchers.
