International and domestic transport with a focus on the Nordic countries

The subject of the sale is a 100% stake in a transport company that provides various transport services, in particular:

• international trucking (40%),
• international transport up to 3.5 t (10%),
• domestic transport (50%).

The company has been on the market for more than 20 years and during its operation it has developed into a specialist for transport to the Nordic countries. However, it also has many important clients in domestic transport in the Czech Republic. The company has a long-term contract with approximately 50% of customers with a view to further cooperation, and thanks to its good name, it also manages to obtain enough additional work, which ensures stable sales in recent years. The owner estimates the growth potential in the near future by about 20%, in case of interest from the buyer, due to the openness of expansion of some customers.

The company’s customers are different types of companies, carrying different cargo. Approximately 50% of cars run regular lines and the rest are arranged by dispatchers according to customer needs.

The company is based in rented premises including offices, a workshop and parking areas for vehicles.

The company currently has 53 permanent employees, including an operations director, a logistics director, a national and international dispatcher, two mechanics and drivers. The owner supervises the company from the position of managing director.

The company’s fleet consists of 60 vehicles, including solo cars for 12 t, tarpaulin and box vans up to 3.5 t, tandem sets and several semi-trailers and trailers. A complete list is available on request. The estimated market value of the vehicle fleet is over CZK 15 million.

The reason for the sale is the owner’s exhaustion after 20 years of business.
