Basic information

The subject of the sale is a company engaged in the operation of a successful Czech ski resort. The ski area owns all the necessary ski infrastructure, operates more than 5 ski slopes, access to public roads is provided on its own grounds. The ski resort has become very popular among Czech and Polish tourists. The resort has everything that is needed for the cost-effective operation of the resort and offers visitors a good time spent in the mountains.

The assets of the company being sold include:

Building of additional accommodation facilities is planned in the region, which increases the site’s sales potential. The company’s property includes more than 15,000 square meters of land suitable for building, therefore the investor can build another 200 beds of accommodation capacity.
