Basic information

The subject of sale is a transport company which focuses on domestic and international truck transport, with a focus on the transport of bulk materials in silo tanks. The company has been on the market for more than 5 years and its revenues and profits are growing every year. The countries to which the company drives are mainly Slovakia, Austria, the Czech Republic and Germany and its trucks travel more than 1 million kilometers per year.

The company is located in the leased premises where the offices are located. The tangible assets of the company include 13 sets (truck-trailer) and one passenger car, totaling approximately € 620,000. The vehicles are equipped with a GPS tracking system.

The company currently employs 12 drivers and two executives, whose employment is expected after the sale. Management of the company is therefore ensured and the owner only takes care of strategic management and control activities, which is not time-consuming (5 – 10 hours / week).

The owner decided to sell the company because of his other business activities. However, the company is fully operational and can continue to function as soon as it is acquired by a new owner.
