The subject of sale is an established e-shop, with a range of products focused on moto-clothing, moto-parts and other accessories for motorists. The e-shop has been in operation for more than 10 years, has a very good reputation and is achieving stable profitability.
The e-shop currently includes a small brick-and-mortar shop, but the owner is planning to close it down. The buyer can keep the shop’s stock and move it to another location, or the stock will be reduced to a minimum before the sale.
The current stock value is approx. CZK 1,5 million. The stock for the operation of the e-shop is needed only in the minimum amount, therefore its value will be added to the sale price, according to its agreed condition on the basis of the inventory.
The operation of the company is currently taken care of by the owner himself (10 hours/day) together with one temporary worker (2-4 hours/day). The reason for the sale is the owner’s time, which he wants to devote to other activities.
