Basic information

We offer 100% stake in a limited liability company. It is a fast-growing employment agency in the South Moravian Region, which specializes in the mediation of foreign workers for European companies. It addresses the lack of skilled and unskilled employees in many fields.

The company provides services for the legal employment of non-EU citizens, mainly from Ukraine. The workers thus acquired are then the core employees of the companies.

The company has developed a sophisticated way of searching directly in the country of origin of the workers, where it operates a recruitment office with representative premises and the necessary equipment. It complies with all applicable laws and regulations of that country.

To increase the efficiency and quality of selected employees, it uses media campaigns, organizes recruitment with the participation of representatives of future employers, and operates an information call center. It provides pre-medical examinations of selected applicants, arranges for them to learn a foreign language, arranges the necessary permits and related administrative processes and visas. Of course there is mediation of transport to the place of work, provision of initial medical examination, safety training, provision of employment contract, etc.

The company has 10 employees who will remain employes after the sale of the company. The activity of the current owner is supervising with strategic planning, which takes about 20 hours a week.

The company does not own real estate.
