The subject of the sale is an opportunity of acquisition / investment in an established brewery with its own real estate – beer production, restaurant and hotel. The brewery is operated through multiple legal entities, however the owner is selling the brewery as a whole.

The brewery has a long history, beer was brewed here 400 years ago. The brewery was then closed and refurbished and reopened a few years ago. The brewery area has very good access from the German towns, so it has a good opportunity to use the potential of tourism in the area. Currently, the brewery has reached the capacity of 3,800 hectoliters, and it is possible to achieve a capacity of 10 thousand hectoliters.

At present, the brewery brews 8 kinds of beer and related beverages. Beer is currently distributed by multiple channels:

• beer wholesalers

The restaurant in the brewery area can hold more than 250 visitors, and 150 more in the summer season. The principle of synergy between a brewery, a restaurant, a social hall, a company shop and entertainment for children works very well in the company. In addition to the on-site restaurant, it operates a brewery and a restaurant in the capital. In the brewery area there is a plan and completely transported project documentation and building permit for the reconstruction of the hotel – the building of the hotel requires renovation.
