Basic information

The subject of the sale is a 100% share in the company providing cleaning services throughout Slovakia. The company provides its services for companies and households, specializing mainly in cleaning of administrative, industrial and business premises and hotels.

The Company provides the following services:

  • regular cleaning
  • one-time cleaning
  • building cleaning
  • special works (floor waxing, facade washing, window elevation, ..)

The sale includes all cleaning machines, aids, vacuum cleaners and other machines. The sale also includes long-term contracts, a database of clients and websites.

Currently, the company employs approximately 350 people, but the number of employees is increasing every year.

The owner sells the company for personal reasons, so the company can function without change after the new owner acquires it.
