In the company, the owner of the company only deals with strategic decisions and business with corporate customers, he was remunerated only with a share of the profit. The company has relatively low costs, only rent, energy, chemicals and dishwasher service are included in the fixed monthly costs.

The company has been profitable since its foundation and steadily generates an interesting profit from the investment. The acquisition is therefore also suitable for investors who are looking for an interesting appreciation of funds. The company currently has a loan in the amount of CZK 3,040,000 with a maturity of 5 years, but this loan will be repaid from the sale price, so the new owner will not take over the loan. The owner’s reason for selling the business is only a change of business plan and transition to another business field (change of orientation from services to production). The current owner is of course willing to fully train the new owner in the operation of the car wash.
