The subject of the sale is a 100% share in a company engaged in CNC machining of stainless steel and production of machinery. The company has been operating for more than 12 years and its turnover grows by CZK 1 – 4 million every year.

The company’s customers are mainly machine manufacturers, manufacturers of measuring and optical machines, manufacturers of agricultural machinery and other engineering production. Most of the customers (70%) are from Western Europe and a minority come from the Czech Republic (30%).

Part of the sale is a production hall with an office building, offering the possibility of expansion in the future.
