The subject of the sale is a 100% share in the company, focused on the provision of installation services of quality air conditioners and heat pumps of the brands Toshiba and Daikin. The main specialization of the company is specifically air-to-water heat pumps, as it is a field with higher added value and less competition. The company has been operating since 2019.
The company’s clients include end customers, state institutions, but also architects and construction companies, who regularly contact the company with orders for their customers. The company cooperates with a proven wholesaler, in which it orders units, but also the associated material required for installation. The brands that the company installs – Toshiba and Daikin are quality Japanese brands with decades of experience in the field (first and fourth best-selling in the world). The company has all valid authorizations to do business in this field – it is a licensed trade. Some permits and certifications are tied to a person, so it is necessary to find another responsible person with the new owner.
The company’s economy is stable, in 2023 there was a more fundamental increase in profit. The amount of profit in the following years depends on economic and geopolitical developments, but according to the owner, this EBITDA is certainly sustainable. Despite the unexpected development in the world, which has a great influence on local demand, the company’s sales grew year-on-year. In the field of installations, profits from one order are quite significant. From one installation of a heat pump in a family house, it is higher than tens of thousands, when the installation normally takes only 1-2 days. Considering that large investments are not needed now, according to the owner, the growth in sales, and therefore profit, is sustainable.
The company maintains its own CRM with client contacts, which will be part of the sale. It addresses these clients with regular service. In 5 years, there are more than 240 customers from the ranks of end users, but also companies and state institutions. The company relies on maximum customer satisfaction so that they keep coming back, and this is also successful according to Google ratings , list, etc. The company mainly covers the Czech Republic. It mostly rejects orders from Moravia in order to be able to provide high-quality and fast service within a driving distance of approximately 2 hours from Prague. The company serves approximately 50-60 new and returning customers annually. Annual sales are generated from new orders, but also from regular and ad-hoc services, in which the company takes care of these customers. The company carries out most installations in the spring-autumn period, due to certain seasonality of construction works.
The company currently operates with two full-time employees, one of whom is the owner. However, his role will need to be gradually replaced after his departure, he is currently working full-time in the company and, as part of his role, mainly carries out professional development of proposed solutions and offers, client care, partial administration (e.g. warranty certificates, etc.). The second technician will remain with the company after the sale.
This is a prosperous company in a very interesting field, which started business shortly before covid and is in a phase of organic growth.
