The subject of the sale is a 100% share in a company engaged in the sale and installation of luxury private swimming pools and hot tubs. The company has been operating on the market for almost 20 years.

The company supplies various types of custom-made swimming pools, the company’s portfolio mainly includes elegant above-ground pools, year-round pools, luxury whirlpools or swimming barrels. The company provides the entire project for its clients, from the initial consultation, through the design of the solution, subsequent implementation, to after-sales service.

The company has long-standing, above-standard cooperation with several leading global manufacturers of swimming pools and hot tubs. The relevant renowned brands are available on the market in the Czech Republic and Slovakia exclusively from the company, which also has its own value. Currently, the company realizes about 80 realizations per year, a smaller part of the turnover is also generated from the sale of additional goods via the e-shop.

Experienced staff with many years of experience in the field certainly have added value. The company currently employs 4 regular employees, the company cooperates with several external suppliers on the installations themselves.

The owner is willing to continue to participate in the running of the company for a pre-agreed period and ensure a smooth handover of the company to the new owner.
