The subject of the sale is a 100% share in the company, engaged in services in the field of sales, lending and servicing of medical equipment and medical supplies. The company has more than 15 years of experience in the medical technology market. The company’s customers are both institutions, hospitals, homes for the elderly, doctors’ offices, as well as individuals who need a medical aid.

The company operates throughout the Czech Republic and focuses on the sale of new and refurbished appliances. The company’s product portfolio includes, for example

• positioning beds and others
• electric scooters and carts
• medical instruments and aids
• mobile chairs
• lifting and moving equipment
• crutches, canes, shoes, protective equipment, etc.

More than 70% of revenue comes from the sale of medical equipment and supplies, the rental company provides 10% of turnover and service approximately 20%. At the same time, more than 50% of the turnover is currently made up of sales via the e-shop. In addition to sales, the company can also service medical devices and operates a nationwide rental company.

In addition to the owner/manager, the company currently employs 2 drivers, one service technician and two people in customer service. The owner currently holds the position of business director in the company, while I am also partly involved in administrative tasks.

For sale is a 100% share, or a majority share (over 60%). The owner is willing to stay with the company for a limited time and ensure a smooth transition to the new owner, but his position will need to be replaced after his departure.
