Basic information

The subject of the sale is a 100% share in a construction company, focused on earthworks and the construction of engineering networks for industrial, transport and residential and water management buildings. The company has been successfully operating on the construction market for more than 15 years.

The company specializes mainly in preparatory earthworks and the construction of sewers for larger industrial and logistics buildings, or in the construction of roads and parking areas. Currently, the company is implementing 20+ larger projects simultaneously. The company obtains contracts mainly through tenders, and as a rule, the state or city is the customer of construction services (approx. 70% of cases), approx. 30% of the contracts are implemented for private investors.

Currently, the company has approximately 27 employees, of which 5 employees are THP and 5 construction managers. The owner currently holds the position of controller and strategic director in the company, but operationally the company operates independently of the owner.

The strength of the company is relatively considerable references, an experienced team of employees and maximum customer satisfaction. The company has a very good reputation in the region as a decent and professional construction contractor. Currently, the company is in very good condition, an increase in sales and profit of the company is expected for 2023.
