Basic information

The subject of sale is a production plant, focused on the production of building and interior glass. In the plant, it is possible to produce ordinary laminated glass, as well as special demanding laminated glass products for construction or design. The plant’s customers are mainly building contractors, implementation companies, architects and designers. It is a flexible production plant that has been operating in the field since 2008.

The subject of sale is not the company itself, but a set of company assets, including production real estate, land , all machinery and supplies owned by the company. Employees, supplier-customer contracts and relationships, licenses and other assets related to the operation of the manufacturing plant may or may not be transferred to the buyer as part of the transaction.

In the production plant it is possible to produce, for example:

  • glasses for railings,
  • facades,
  • elevator cabins,
  • glass cladding,
  • walking glasses,
  • glass wall coverings,
  • other design elements.

As one of the few plants in the Czech Republic, the production plant is also capable of producing glass beams.

The sale includes real estate – specifically, a production plant with an area of approx. 1,000 m2 and related land with an area of approx. 4,400 m². The estimated cost of the buildings, including fencing and storage areas, is approximately CZK 16.0 million. The estimated market price of the land is CZK 6.6 million. The listed market prices were estimated by the owner based on available data and real estate prices in the region. In addition, the production hall can be expanded by another 800 m2 -> a building permit is issued and construction formally started.

The sale also includes tangible movable property with an estimated market price of CZK 12.3 million. Movable assets include all machinery necessary for the production of laminated glass products.

One of the main ideas when building the company was to use the synergy of the production plant and the implementation company. In this, it managed to create a competitive advantage against other purely implementation companies in that the implementation could use both the flexibility of production thanks to its own glass production and at the same time draw the margin from glass production and use it for a better business position on the market. In the same way, from the point of view of the manufacturing company, it was possible to rely on its own implementation projects, which bring a significant volume of glass production.

Currently, the company is operating, it has its orders and customers, an established work team of workers and THP – but due to the age and the need to change the functioning of the partners, the owners decided to sell the company, while the more suitable option appears to be the sale of the company’s assets (in the form of the sale of the commercial plant ). Interested parties have the opportunity to acquire a factory at market price, with established processes and all equipment, ready for production in the field of construction and interior glass. The offer is suitable for investors from the construction industry, or entities for which the plant’s production program would be a suitable addition.
