The subject of sale is a 100% share in the company, which specializes in the assembly, repair and reconstruction of cooling equipment and heat pumps. The company realizes complex deliveries of entire technological solutions, from the design of the project to the actual assembly and construction work associated with the installation of the solution. The company has been operating on this market for more than 10 years and has completed thousands of projects.

In addition to simple installations of air conditioners in households, the company is also able to implement demanding projects for large commercial buildings, including installations of air conditioning, cooling equipment and recuperation systems. The company currently carries out approx. 350 installations per year, with a large part of these installations contractually guaranteed service, which brings stable, recurring sales to the company.

The great added value of the company is the established team of employees and the company’s technical background. The owner would be happy if the new owner retained this staff team. A large part of them are experts with many years of experience in the field of refrigeration equipment and related fields.

The owner is currently engaged in business activities and strategic management of the company on a half-time basis. It will therefore be necessary for his role to be replaced by the new owner or one of the company’s employees. The owner is willing to stay with the company for a limited period of time and ensure the smooth transfer of all competences to the new owner, subsequently he is willing to help the new owner in the framework of external independent consultations.
