Basic information

The subject of the sale is a 100% stake in a construction company focusing on the supply of complex construction work, specializing in transport and other buildings. It is an established and well-known construction company in the region with a long tradition.

The company owns a complex of buildings with an area of ​​more than 3,000 square meters. The value of these buildings was estimated at CZK 44 million. The company also has its own recycling center, facilities for storage of building materials and administrative premises. The company also leases a concrete plant, which it leases for about 300 thousand. CZK / year.

Regarding the composition of contracts, about 60% of the volume of contracts are public contracts (contracting authorities are municipalities and cities), 30% of works are carried out for private legal entities, 10% for natural persons. The company has ISO: 9001 and ČSN EN ISO: 14001 certificates.

Currently, the company implements about 15-20 projects per year. The reason for the sale is the older age of the partner and the absence of a successor.
