Basic information

The subject of the sale is 100% of shares in a construction company focused on engineering networks and traffic constructions. Since 1990 the company has gradually transformed from s.r.o. to the present form of a joint-stock company whose annual turnover in the construction industry ranges from CZK 100-150,000,000 and employs about 73 employees.

The focus of the activity is on building construction in the field of engineering networks, paved areas, earthworks, industrial buildings, as well as demolition and provision of old mine works. Furthermore, on the road construction, repair of roads, pavements, roads and bridges, pits and substrates under the roads, cast asphalts, packaging mixtures, interlocking tiles, construction of concrete surfaces, playgrounds, pavements. Also construction of engineering services, construction, reconstruction and repair of sewerage systems, water mains, gas pipelines, reconstruction and construction of hot-water channels, excavation work of assembly of formwork and foundations, landscaping.

The activities of the comapny are also in civil engineering, construction, repair and reconstruction of industrial buildings, construction and reconstruction of family houses. Construction of treatment plants and sewage and insulation. Securing and disposal of old mining works and the consequences of former mining activities on the surface, remediation and reclamation of tailings and ponds.

During its long-term history on the construction market, the company has realized many important construction works.

The company has its own extensive machine park, which includes excavation machines (excavators, loaders), trucks, utility vans and small machinery. The company’s headquarters also has extensive warehouse and warehouse facilities.
