The subject of sale is an established company engaged in metalworking and locksmith work, focusing mainly on the field of exhibition services and the construction of stands and structures for exhibitions and shows, including assembly. The company has been operating for more than 15 years, and during that time it has established long-term customer base.

• production from steel and stainless steel
• made of aluminum
• plumbing works
• surface treatment of metals

The company has high-quality technical and mechanical equipment – the premises (645 square meter workshop) are on long-term lease. The value of the company’s property and machinery at market prices was estimated at 3.5 million CZK.

The company currently executes approximately 200 invoices per year, while there is no shortage of orders, the owner has to refuse some orders due to capacity. Currently, 9 employees work in the company (depending on the season), 3 of whom are permanent employees.

The owner works 8 hours in the company daily and ensures smooth running of the company – the new owner will have to find compensation for these activities after the transaction, or participate himself. The owner offers a transitional period of 0.5 – 2 years for training the new owner, handing over all information and establishing new contacts. The company is being sold because the owner has no successor in the family.
