Production and sale of leather products with a renowned brand

The subject of sale is a company focused on the production, retail and wholesale of leather products. The products have a renowned brand, popular among customers. The brand is constantly growing, and the owners would need to expand production capacity and the number of employees – but the owners do not want to expand the company anymore.

Part of the sale is also a very well-established e-shop with the potential to grow. It also includes a complete list of suppliers, professional training, functioning social networks with an excellent database of followers, the originality and uniqueness of the products, which has won many enthusiasts.

The products are made using a unique technology – combining leather and wood. The brand has achieved considerable success in the world of design and fashion – products have appeared at fashion weeks in Vienna, as well as in the exposition of the Slovak Design Museum in Bratislava.

The production process requires manual skill and training from the owners to master the production process. In the company, the owner is dedicated to the production itself and the supervision of the employee. Since the owner is engaged in production herself, it will be necessary to gradually find a new employee who will take over the production, or ensure production on her own axis.

The company has customers mainly from Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Austria, occasionally also from other countries. The company currently handles approximately 1,200 orders per year.
