The subject of the sale is an established company specialized in creating professional 3D visualizations of furniture and decorations for global brands. It specializes in creating highly realistic visualizations of products in various contexts and environments, often according to individually specified client requirements. The company has been operating on the market for almost 8 years, has a stable team of employees and an extensive clientele in Europe, the USA and Asia. The main product is realistic 3D visualizations, which account for approximately 70% of turnover, mainly for manufacturers of furniture, decorations and technical products. In addition, the company provides other services such as the production of 3D animations, pack shots, configurators and virtual showrooms.

The company has a very strong reputation and its visualizations have been published in international professional magazines. Client acquisition is mainly carried out through active search (cold calling and cold emailing) based on its own database. The company does not invest in paid marketing, SEO or PR, but some customers also come based on recommendations and organic search. The portfolio consists mainly of individual orders, while the company also has five long-term contractual clients with regular orders. 

In 2024, the company generated sales of 1.1 million EUR and achieved EBITDA of almost 500 thousand EUR. The owner expects to maintain a stable level of sales and profitability in the coming years.
