The subject of the sale is a 100% share in a company engaged in the car towing business. The company was restructured into limited company only two years ago, previously it was run by a self-employed person.

The company has contracts with 13 assistance services and therefore it does not have the problem of obtaining new towing cases. At present, the company pulls an average of 850 vehicles a month. The company owns a number of personal, freight and special vehicles, a detailed list is available on request. In addition, for example, a platform jack, a taut or a front loader are in the company’s assets. The value of the assets is estimated at about CZK 10 million.

The company also owns 2 websites, a billing program and a company logo.

Vehicles are strategically located in three locations rented by the company. These locations are situated in the Central Bohemian Region and Prague, and they also include an office and service facilities.

The company now employs 16 employees, including 13 drivers and 3 administrative staff. The current owner’s role is managing and it demands 5 to 8 hours a day. This position will have be replaces by the new owner or other employee after the sale. However, the owner is willing to stay in the company for some time after the sale and pass on all the know-how.

The company has no liabilities to the state and does not have any legal disputes. The business is for sale because the owner wants a change after many years in one company. The company is fully operational and can operate immediately upon acquisition by the new owner.
