Thanks to its unique position in the region with virtually no direct competition, it has significant potential for further growth, especially in the area of ​​combined sightseeing and accommodation tours.

The company specializes primarily intourist and sightseeing bus tours to Austria and Italy, which form the main axis of the offer. Thanks to close cooperation with verified guides and carriers, it offers stable quality of services and a high rate of repeat clients. The company’s clients are often organized groups, schools, sports and hobby clubs, which brings regular orders and less dependence on individuals.

Operation is provided by the owner (program manager), one part-time employee and a team of experienced guides. The company works without commission salespeople, relies on its own direct sales and good references – which achieves higher margins and at the same time has room for growth through other distribution channels.

The company has been managing stable sales and profits for a long time and is completely free of bank debt. In 2025, it expects sales of around 17 million CZK and profit (EBITDA) of 1.8 million CZK. It is also worth mentioning that reservations for 2026 have already been made, which ensures immediate cash flow for the buyer.

The sale includes know-how, business relationships, client databases and contracts for organizing tours as early as 2026. The main reason for the sale is the owner’s age and health. The owner is ready to work as an external consultant after the sale to ensure a smooth transfer of clientele and continuity of business relationships.
