The subject of the sale is a 100% share in a company engaged in the research, development, manufacture and supply of hydraulic equipment for special purposes, testing and commissioning of technological lines. The company also focuses on the design, production, refurbishment and assembly of all hydraulic cylinders including atypical and a wide range of hydraulic power units according to customer requirements.
Other areas of the company are serial and piece production on CNC machines including programming, production and sale of hose presses, hose testers, hose cutters and cutters, design and project work.
The company also successfully completes projects within EU subsidy programs, cooperates with universities and development workplaces of several companies.
The company has been operating on the market for more than 24 years and its turnover is between CZK 30 – 40 million per year. The company’s customers are mainly from the EU, Ukraine, Belarus and Russia.
Currently, the company employs 28 workers including the owner, employees can remain in employment even after the acquisition of a new owner.
