InBase s.r.o. was founded in October 2015 by two co-founders with the vision of making the market for businesses in the Czech Republic and Slovakia more efficient. The project was inspired by foreign advisory firms, which the founders adapted to the specifics of the Czech and Slovak market.
Over time, InBase became a favourite not only among sellers (particularly thanks to the modern and personalised approach of our advisors), but also among investors (due to the clarity of listings and the structured presentation of information). Within a few years, the founders had built the largest platform for healthy, operational companies for sale in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Over the years, InBase has built a place where supply and demand for established businesses for sale can meet. Creating such a marketplace gives our selling clients a more efficient way to find interested buyers, while offering investors a broader and more transparent selection.

CEO & M&A Advisor
Tomáš is the majority owner and CEO of InBase s.r.o. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administration at Masaryk University in Brno and has experience in economic advisory, internal audit, and financial audit at a Big Four firm.
At InBase, he has successfully led dozens of projects on both the sell-side and buy-side. He currently specialises in advisory for the sale of Czech and Slovak family businesses and the strategic development of InBase.
M&A Advisor
Michal is one of the co-founders and partners of InBase.cz. He holds an engineering degree from the Faculty of Economics and Administration at Masaryk University in Brno and has experience in corporate finance, company valuations, and audit within the Big Four.
Since 2015, he has focused on transaction advisory and has completed dozens of successful deals, giving him an excellent overview of the acquisitions market. He currently specialises in advisory for selected companies in Slovakia and the strategic development of InBase in the Slovak market.
M&A Advisor
Pavel is a business broker and advisor at InBase s.r.o. with over 20 years of experience in business and 15 years in the advisory industry. He has extensive experience as a business owner, manager, and sales director, and holds a PhD in business and marketing.
Within InBase, he focuses on transaction advisory and serves small and medium-sized businesses primarily in the Zlín, Olomouc, and Moravian-Silesian regions. He has led numerous sales processes and his goal is always 100% client satisfaction.
M&A Analyst
Jozef works as an M&A analyst within the InBase team. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Economics in Bratislava, where he studied management and business economics. Before joining InBase, he held positions as an analyst and risk manager at financial institutions, where he assessed the financial creditworthiness of companies and processed hundreds of loan applications.
At InBase, he focuses on client communication, identifying acquisition targets and potential investors, and contributes to the preparation of documentation for the presentation of business cases.
Since our founding, we have brokered the sale and purchase of dozens of companies worth between CZK 1 – 200 million. Our goal is to make InBase the largest intermediary in the field of M&A and business sales in this segment, while continuously raising the quality and scope of our services. We also strive to connect intermediaries in the M&A market, which leads to more effective matching of buyers and sellers.
