The subject of the sale is a 100% share in the company dealing mainly with the assembly of piping systems, technological equipment and the manufacture and installation of tanks, reservoirs and steel structures. The company has been in operation for more than 20 years and its quality lies mainly in experienced and professional staff.

Most of the company’s activities are currently focused on assembly, but the current owner sees potential in development and production. Given the use of production capacities by only 20-30%, this opportunity is suitable, for example, for a new buyer to expand  with its own production program, which would complement the current activity.

Most of the business customers are currently from Slovakia, but the company also has a lot of experience with foreign contracts, and foreign expansion can also be a way of development in the future.

The company’s property includes a production area with good motorway connections, an area of ​​8,609 m2 of land and an area of ​​1,425 m2, at a total estimated value of € 600,000. The company also owns a 3-room apartment and a house in the western Slovakia, used by employees when traveling to this region.

The company owns all the permits and certificates required to perform the activity, including the ISO 9001 certificate. The intangible assets also include the company’s website, trademark for Slovakia and the Czech Republic as well as valuable long-term relationships with customers.

The company has 19 employees, all of whom will remain in their positions after the sale. The reason for the sale is the owner’s shift of focus on another kind of business. The current owner is willing to pass the know-how and teach the new owner for a period of time.
