The subject of sale is a 100% share in a company specialized in the production, supply and installation of steel structures and locksmith products for construction companies. Company specializes in atypical projects of steel and locksmith structures. The company has been operating on the market for more than 25 years and its customers and suppliers are mainly Slovak companies. At present, it also benefits from several long-term contracts with customers.

The production and office premises of the company are located in its own hall with two 5 ton cranes and their area is 2,040 m2, and there are also outdoor paved areas, parking lots and roads with an area of ​​3,500 m2. Value of the property estimated by exterts is € 1,550,000. The company is also fully technologically equipped for the production of steel structures. The value of the machinery is estimated at € 250,000.

The company has 9 permanent employees, out of which 6 are profession locksmith – welder – assembler and 3 are managerial (production – technical manager, administrative – economic manager and business – logistics manager). The number of employees will remain unchanged after the sale of the company. The current owners are responsible for the management of the company and the fundamental decisions, their activity will have to be replaced after the sale by the new owner or additional employees.

The main reason for selling the company is the health problems of the owners. Otherwise, the company is fully operational and immediately available for transfer to the new owner. Leaving the production in the current state even after the sale is not a condition, which corresponds with the selling price, which is set in the amount of the company assets. The buyer can use the real estate and machinery according to their needs, or even for other business orientation.
