Basic information

The subject of sale is a 100% share in a company focused on small and medium series production of precision engineering products. The company is located in an industrial area in western Slovakia, in the Trenčín region, in close proximity to the highway. The location has favorable parameters for logistics and enables quick connection with customers in the EU via the highway network. The owners have been successfully building the business since 1994. Currently, the Company employs 15 employees.

The Company’s product portfolio includes:

• turning and milling;
• electric spark machining;
• drilling, grinding, laser marking;
• division of material.

The company also performs locksmith and metalworking work, assembly of smaller machine units and assemblies, as well as welding with the possibility of surface treatment of products in a spray box. All modern equipment and technical equipment needed for the company’s activities, including real estate, are owned by the company. The company holds the necessary authorizations for its activity and also has all means of production, i.e. know-how and manpower, to produce the desired product to order.

Production premises and storage premises, including the administrative part, are located on their own land, in a fenced area of 7769 m², with the possibility of further construction of production and storage premises on free land. The value of the listed properties according to the current expert opinion is set at EUR 2.39 million.

Machinery equipment from renowned manufacturers with the possibility of processing in 3-5 axes in the field of turning, milling and electrospark processing is connected with the Solid programming system, NC plane and point grinders, 3D measuring coordinate machines, laser marking devices.

The company has built long-term relationships with customers, is flexible and able to manufacture and deliver the required products, mainly based on customer-supplied drawing documentation, in a short delivery time. The Company’s current production is in single-shift operation, so it has internal reserves for a significant increase in production if necessary.
