The subject of sale is an established engineering company focused on precision engineering production in the form of piece and small series production. The company also produces development components, cutting and bending tools, dies. The company also provides classic milling work, including drilling, reaming and threading. Produces from classic and hard-to-machine materials. Production is ensured and delivered “turnkey” – from the processing of conceptual designs, construction, processing of 2D and 3D production documentation, production, measurement and validation, processing of repeatability and eligibility.

Thanks to the expansion of its own design capacities, it offers customers the production of prototype molds and tools, including the delivery of prototype parts, in very interesting terms. The company’s customers include major automotive companies, the aerospace and pharmaceutical industries. Due to its focus, the company has little competition. The company has been operating on this market for more than 15 years as s.r.o. (previously the owner worked as a self-employed person). The company’s customers are mainly companies from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also PL, HU.

During the times of greatest development, the company had 55 employees and sales of approx. 50 million CZK. However, the company has gradually deliberately reduced its activities, retaining only 5-7 customers and 4 employees, the owner no longer accepts new customers. But the new owner will have the potential to scale the company again and focus on growth again. However, there are over 400 active customers with whom cooperation can be established again.

Currently, the company receives orders passively, they come without active business from long-term customers. In cases where the capacity is currently not used, active trade is involved – in practice, however, trade is not actively conducted in the company, and the company often rejects orders due to full capacity. For the first quarter of 2024, the company generated a net real profit of CZK 1.2 million.

The owner is currently managing the company, meeting with customers, invoicing and administration 1-2 times a month. Otherwise, the company is independent of the direct management of the owner.

The area where the company is located can be bought together with the company, but it is not the primary goal of the company owner. It is a production area after a complete reconstruction completed in 2020, land 3500 m2, buildings , production and service areas with an area of 1550 m2. The potential yield from renting the property is approx. 150-200 thousand. CZK per month. It is possible to build another building in the area, also, for example, possible conversion of part of the space into an apartment building.
