The subject of the sale is a 100% share in an established company specializing in the manufacture of wooden components for the furniture industry, including real estate owned by the company.

The company’s production and sales portfolio consists mainly of products such as:

• parts for kitchen cabinets
• furniture parts
• furniture components
• wooden grids
• drawer liners, etc.

Thanks to high-level machinery, the company is able to start production of any wood products. The company is based in its own building with an area of ​​approximately 2,500 square meters; the buildings are completely renovated, the compaex consists of administrative facilities and a production hall. The production hall is equipped with a modern machine portfolio, including CNC machines and its own veneer plant.

The company has one main customer, then several smaller customers – customers are mainly from abroad. The company exports its products to e.g. England, Germany, Denmark or France.

The company is currently one of the largest manufacturers of similar equipment in Europe.

The reason for the sale of the company is the retirement of the current owners. The current owners do not have plans to continue this business segment. The price for 100% stake in the company is not set, the owners expect offers from potential candidates.
