Basic information

The subject of sale is a 100% share in a company engaged in the recycling of plastic waste and the subsequent production of regranulate. The company buys input raw materials in the form of plastic waste, which it crushes and transforms into raw materials used in the plastics industry. The company has been operating successfully on the plastic recycling market for more than 30 years.

The company is able to recycle materials such as:

  • HDPE, LDPE
  • PP, PA, PC
  • ABS
  • PS
  • PSH, etc.

The company is based in its own production area with an area of approx. 5,000 m², equipped with modern technological equipment. The company’s technology enables the processing of almost any type of plastic waste. The company also owns office buildings, storage areas and adjacent land with an area of almost 56,000 square meters. m².

The company currently has a stable team of approximately 25 employees. The reason for selling the company is the age of the owners and the need for a generational change. The owners are currently partially involved in the operational management of the company, but after the sale it is possible to gradually shift their agenda to the company’s employees. Of course, the owners are willing to continue working in the company for a limited period of time, with the aim of ensuring a smooth handover of all the agenda related to the roles of the owners.
