Production and sale of furniture with a long history

Basic information

The subject of sale is a company focused on the production and sale of furniture with its own showroom and e-shop. The company has been operating for more than 25 years and during its existence has become a stable company on the Czech furniture market.

The company’s production and sales portfolio mainly consists of products such as:

• chairs
• beds
• grates
• sofas
• seating sets

The company uses different channels for sales. It sells products through its own store, its own e-shop, and through the wholesale channel. In recent years, the most important channels are the own store and wholesale, which together account for almost 90% of the turnover. The company has customers from the Czech Republic, and the company’s suppliers are material suppliers mainly from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland. Currently, the company processes approximately 500 orders per year.

Furniture production takes place in our own production halls with an area of approximately 1,000 square meters. The real estate is not part of the sale of the company, but it is possible to negotiate the purchase together with the real estate. The owner is willing to provide the property to the new owner for a long-term lease with a relatively favorable rent. Part of the transfer price is all machinery in the property worth almost 1 million CZK.

Part of the company’s sales is ensured through its own showroom/store, which is owned by the owner of the company. Here too, the property is not part of the sale price, but the owner is willing to provide the new owner with a long-term lease in case the new owner decides not to move the showroom elsewhere. Buying a property with a showroom is not possible.

The company’s price does not include the stock of material, which has a variable value and ranges from 1.25 – 1.5 million CZK.
