The company offers universal and comprehensive services, from the initial design through development to the actual production of products. The comapy is focused on both piece and series production. It uses the cacuum forming method for production. The company has been operating for almost 30 years and hasn’t only established a reputation in its district.

The company owns premises that are part of the sale. These are two production facilities including two guest houses with an estimated value of 190 milion CZK.

The tangible assets of the company include machinery, which is at the highest level. These include vacuum presses, CNC miling machines, band saws, knife mill, fully equipped pattern shop and transport. The company’s tangible assets are valued at approximately 22,5 milion CZK. Intangible assets include websites, important supplier conctracts and most importantly a wide database of customers. Certificates and standards are also very important.

The company employs approximately 40 employees in one-shift operation, who will remain in the company even after the sale to new owner.

The company is sold because of the age of the owners. One of the owners is willing to participate in the management of the company together with the new owner, but for a temporary period. The company is fully functional and after acquisition by a new owner van operate without changes.
